By purchasing this gift card, you understand and agree that Glow Aesthetic Center has the final right of refusal on allowing this gift card to be redeemed by Glow Aesthetic Center staff or management. Glow Aesthetic Center has the right to refuse service on treatments to patients who they may deem unfit in receiving said treatments, as well as refuse the right to redeem said gift card if their is indication that it may have been purchased under fraudulent circumstances. All patients must sign consent forms at our office in order to receive any treatments they may be interested in receiving. Glow Aesthetic Center will also require a photo ID and credit card of the patient to be held on file. Gift card purchases on our website will go through a manual process on approval, and may take up to 2 business days to process.
