Homan Siman, MD, has been practicing internal medicine for more than 10 years. Dr. Siman earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University. He completed his internship and residency at LA County-USC Medical Center in California. Patients say that Dr. Siman is warm, friendly and talkative. He puts them at ease with his good sense of humor and his willingness to listen to their concerns. Dr. Siman believes strongly in preventive medicine, and he definitely takes his own advice. He is committed to regular exercise. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and running. He also practices yoga. In addition to English, Dr. Siman speaks Spanish and Farsi.

Mastaneh Haykani is a California State and National Board Certified Physician Associate. She holds a Masters of Science Degree from Loma Linda University, graduating with high honors. Mastaneh is also a trained injector in performing for Allergan, (the makers of BOTOX, JUVÉDERM), as well as for Galderma (the makers of DYSPORT, and RESTYLANE). Specializing in dermatology, she is well versed in treating all skin types, as well as a wide-range of conditions and concerns.

Mastaneh’s proficient and skilled techniques complement the work of Plastic Surgeons and assist those wanting a non-surgical approach to self-improvement. Her extensive experience has allowed her to work with a broad range of energy based technologies including laser, radio frequency, coolsculpting, miraDry, Z-Wave treatments, and BBL.

Additionally, Mastaneh’s genuine approach, knowledge and skill sets has gained the respect of patients, colleagues, and others. She is devoted to provide quality care for patients to ensure they look and feel their absolute best.

Nikki Doran is a California State and National Board-Certified Physician Associate. She holds a Master of Science Degree from USC Keck School of Medicine. She works in emergency medicine and is a highly skilled and experienced aesthetic injector with a passion for enhancing her patients’ natural beauty. She specializes in a wide range of non-surgical treatments, including but not limited to radiofrequency, PRP therapies, regenerative procedures, and neurotoxin/filler injection. She stays up to date with the latest techniques and products in the field of aesthetics, and she uses her knowledge to provide her patients with the best possible care.

Nikki has worked with a wide range of patients looking to enhance their appearance. She is known for her personalized approach to each patient and her ability to achieve natural-looking results that enhance their unique features. She is also a passionate advocate for patient education and empowerment. She believes that every patient deserves to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin, and she works tirelessly to ensure that her patients have the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their treatments. Madison Younesi is a highly skilled aesthetic nurse practitioner with a rich background in nursing. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from Marquette University and holds a Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Purdue University. Madison began her career as a Pediatric Cardiac ICU nurse at one of Los Angeles’ top children’s hospitals, where she developed a deep commitment to patient care. Today, she applies her expertise to help clients achieve their beauty goals through advanced techniques and personalized care.

Madison’s dedication to continuous education keeps her at the cutting edge of the aesthetic industry, enabling her to offer the latest treatments and innovations. Her compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail have earned her a loyal following, with clients trusting her to enhance their natural beauty safely and effectively. Outside of her professional life, Madison enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and family. She is also an enthusiastic bowler, currently leading her league in first place!

Tia Barkhordar is a California State and National Board Certified Physician Associate (PA-C) who earned her Master of Science Degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to Glow Aesthetic Center, where she is passionate about helping patients feel confident and radiant in their own skin. With expertise in treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, and much more, Tia is dedicated to delivering results that enhance natural beauty without looking overdone.

Elnaz Navid is a board-certified Physician Associate with over eight years of experience in high-intensity, acute care settings. She earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA, graduating summa cum laude, and went on to complete her Master’s degree at the prestigious USC Keck School of Medicine. Elnaz received advanced procedural and medical training at one of California’s leading hospitals, honing her skills and expertise.

With a proven track record of providing exceptional care to patients from diverse backgrounds, Elnaz is known for her diligence, compassion, and meticulous attention to detail. She is trilingual, fluently speaking English, Farsi, and Spanish, which allows her to connect with and care for a broader community.

Brian Paknoosh is our office administrator here at Glow Aesthetic Center. Raised in Los Angeles, Brian went to California State University, Northridge and got his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Systems and Operations Management and a minor in Marketing. Brian is also working to achieve his Masters degree in Business Administration (M.B.A) at Cal Lutheran University. On his free time, Brian loves traveling and going to concerts. Brian describes himself as funny, caring, and outgoing.

Marisol has been in the Beauty and Aesthetics industry for over 15 years. She originally started working for plastic surgeons at surgery centers, then transitioned to medical spas as a beauty consultant. Throughout the years she has gained a lot of experience by working one on one directly with doctors and physician assistants. She has had extensive training over the years and has attended numerous educational seminars. Marisol loves the industry and her passion is getting to help each and every patient achieve their own beauty goals. Marisol stays up to date with the newest procedures and treatments as well as staying loyal to her skin care regimen.
