Items purchased at Glow Aesthetic Center may be returned either to a store or by mail for store credit, unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
Most unopened items sold by Glow Aesthetic Center in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a store credit.
Glow Aesthetic Center is committed to serving you in the best way that we can. We are honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. Occasionally additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
Glow Aesthetic Center will try to communicate policy changes with you in advance wherever possible. However, we do reserve the right to change our policies without notice. We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
We recommend all our patients to take an advantage of our complimentary initial consultation so you can learn more about all the skin care treatments, the non-surgical treatments and find out more about our luxury Glow Aesthetic Center. Our services are customized for each client, and we take all the time needed to answer all your questions.
First time clients are required to leave their credit card number to lock in the appointment time.Clients who are no shows, or cancel less than 12 hours before their appointment, authorize Glow Aesthetic Center to charge their credit card a $50.00 cancellation fee.Clients who cancel at least 12 hours prior to their appointment will not be liable for cancelation fee. Cancellations can be completed via email, text or phone.
