Homan Siman, MD, has been practicing internal medicine for more than 10 years. Dr. Siman earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University. He completed his internship and residency at LA County-USC Medical Center in California. Patients say that Dr. Siman is warm, friendly and talkative. He puts them at ease with his good sense of humor and his willingness to listen to their concerns. Dr. Siman believes strongly in preventive medicine, and he definitely takes his own advice. He is committed to regular exercise. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and running. He also practices yoga. In addition to English, Dr. Siman speaks Spanish and Farsi.

Mastaneh Haykani is a California State and National Board Certified Physician Associate. She holds a Masters of Science Degree from Loma Linda University, graduating with high honors. Mastaneh is also a trained injector in performing for Allergan, (the makers of BOTOX, JUVÉDERM), as well as for Galderma (the makers of DYSPORT, and RESTYLANE). Specializing in dermatology, she is well versed in treating all skin types, as well as a wide-range of conditions and concerns.

Mastaneh’s proficient and skilled techniques complement the work of Plastic Surgeons and assist those wanting a non-surgical approach to self-improvement. Her extensive experience has allowed her to work with a broad range of energy based technologies including laser, radio frequency, coolsculpting, miraDry, Z-Wave treatments, and BBL.

Additionally, Mastaneh’s genuine approach, knowledge and skill sets has gained the respect of patients, colleagues, and others. She is devoted to provide quality care for patients to ensure they look and feel their absolute best.

Tia Barkhordar is a California State and National Board Certified Physician Associate (PA-C) who earned her Master of Science Degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to Glow Aesthetic Center, where she is passionate about helping patients feel confident and radiant in their own skin. With expertise in treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, and much more, Tia is dedicated to delivering results that enhance natural beauty without looking overdone.

Her approach goes beyond just treatments—she takes the time to truly understand her patients' goals and works hand-in-hand with them to create personalized plans that deliver results they’ll love.

Brian Paknoosh is the Office Administrator at Glow Aesthetic Center. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, with an emphasis in Systems and Operations Management and a minor in Marketing. He went on to complete his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at California Lutheran University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2022.

With over seven years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, Brian brings a strong background in operations, digital marketing, and full-stack web development, helping support both the clinical and business sides of the practice. Known for his strategic mindset and problem-solving skills, he plays a key role in optimizing patient experience and practice growth. Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and is known for being funny, caring, and outgoing.

Elnaz Navid is a board-certified Physician Associate with over eight years of experience in high-intensity, acute care settings. She earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA, graduating summa cum laude, and went on to complete her Master’s degree at the prestigious USC Keck School of Medicine. Elnaz received advanced procedural and medical training at one of California’s leading hospitals, honing her skills and expertise.

With a proven track record of providing exceptional care to patients from diverse backgrounds, Elnaz is known for her diligence, compassion, and meticulous attention to detail. She is trilingual, fluently speaking English, Farsi, and Spanish, which allows her to connect with and care for a broader community.

Tatian Soleymani, BSN, RN is a Registered Nurse who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Los Angeles. She began her career at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she gained invaluable experience working in the oncology department. With a strong foundation in patient care, Tatian brings both clinical expertise and a deep sense of compassion to her work.Her passion for aesthetics led her to pursue a career at Glow Aesthetic Center, where she is excited to help patients feel confident, radiant, and empowered. Tatian is dedicated to combining her nursing background with advanced aesthetic treatments to deliver results that enhance natural beauty while maintaining balance and authenticity.Tatian believes that no two patients are alike. Briana Barajas is a board-certified, licensed esthetician and a graduate of the Academy for Salon Professionals in Northridge. Her passion lies in combining deep relaxation with results-driven treatments, creating facials that are both restorative and highly effective. She specializes in treating aging and acne-prone skin and takes pride in her extensive knowledge of skincare ingredients and how to use them to achieve real, visible results.

Having personally struggled with acne and successfully managing her own skin, Briana brings both professional expertise and genuine personal understanding to every acne treatment she performs. This experience fuels her passion for helping clients achieve clearer, healthier skin through customized, effective care. As a certified Hydrafacial expert, her favorite treatment to perform is the Platinum Hydrafacial, which allows her to tailor each session to her clients’ unique skin goals. Briana’s goal is to help every client feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout their skincare journey.
