Pro-Nox Nitrous Treatment

What is Pro-Nox Used For?

The gas is administered through a hose with a disposable mouthpiece, which the patient can hold throughout the procedure. When a patient feels any anxiety, pain, or discomfort during the treatment, they can inhale the Pro-Nox gas to experience relief within seconds.

Since it’s a safe method of pain management without any lasting side effects, the patient is given complete control over their own comfort.

Once a patient breathes in the Pro-Nox gas, it quickly enters the bloodstream and induces a sedative effect within seconds. However, the effects of Pro-Nox go away almost as quickly as they come – typically only lasting between five to ten minutes. After that, the gas exits your body as you breathe in regular air. This makes it ideal for aesthetic treatments that don’t require long sessions or invasive procedures.
