At Glow Aesthetic Center, we believe that everyone’s body and beauty goals are different, so their treatment plans should be, too. We create customized Sculptra non-surgical butt lift plans for each patient, so there is no set limit for how many treatments are needed.
However, a general rule is that a patient wishing to achieve that plump, firm buttocks of their dreams will need about three to four treatment sessions. Each session will include several injections of Sculptra.
To get a more specific idea of the number of treatments your goal requires, book an appointment with us today. You can reach a member of our team by calling (818) 905-8815 if you want to speak with us before scheduling your consultation.
Again, everyone’s body is different. Some patients will require a larger number of injections, while others will achieve the same results with fewer Sculptra vials.
Usually, treatment plans include:
Most patients will be in the 12-30 injection range.
Sculptra is a poly L lactic acid dermal filler. It works by filling the area with tiny microspheres around which your body will build collagen. Over time, these spheres are metabolized by your body naturally, leaving the collagen behind.
While many of our clients appreciate the natural, biodegradable aspect of the treatment, it relies on your body’s collagen production to work properly. Some people have lower collagen production levels than others, possibly requiring more injections to achieve the same results.
Factors that can change the number of sessions or vials of Sculptra you need include:
It’s important to remember that regardless of any of these factors, you are still eligible for Sculptra treatments. A patient at any age can benefit from a butt lift, and this form of treatment allows you to get that full, plump look without the need for expensive and dangerous surgical intervention.
There are several general tips we advocate for all patients before your first Sculptra treatment.
Medications like NSAIDs, ibuprofen, aspirin, and even Cod Liver Oil can thin your blood. Since treatments involve injections under the skin, thinned blood means an increased risk of bruising. For at least two weeks prior to your Sculptra appointment, avoid blood-thinning medications.
If you need pain meds, try varieties that do not have blood-thinning side effects, such as acetaminophen or Tylenol.
For at least 24 hours (preferably, 48 hours) before your session, stop imbibing alcohol. Alcohol in your system can cause inflammation and may have additional side effects from the treatment.
There is no downtime associated with this treatment. However, you may have slight soreness or mild discomfort after the injections in the buttocks area. While one of the perks of Sculptra is that you can simply get on with your day, you may want to plan around the session to ensure that you have plenty of time to relax afterward.
Glow Aesthetic Center’s team of board-certified practitioners, headed by Dr. Homan Siman, is dedicated to customizing our care to each patient’s needs. We meet with each patient in an initial consultation to discuss the best treatment plan for their body and their beauty goals.
If you’re ready to get the butt of your dreams, it’s time to consider Sculptra. Schedule your consultation by heading over to our Book an Appointment page or calling our office at (818) 905-8815.
